Waiver
The Race Organisers shall not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury howsoever caused to the owner/competitor, the skipper or crew as a result of taking part in FSC racing. Moreover every owner/competitor warrants the suitability of the boat for racing.
Declaration
I declare that I hold a valid and current boat insurance which covers me for third
party indemnity of not less than £2,000,000 and that I will continue to do so whilst
engaged in any activity at FSC. My insurers are aware that my boat is used for racing.
I agree to be bound by the Racing Rules of Sailing and all other Rules which govern
racing at FSC. I have read the FSC Notice of Race and agree to be bound by the provisions
and that my boat will conform to the requirements whenever racing with FSC. I have
read the above waiver and accept this statement. Race entry fees are non-
